Parker Design Alliance is an engineering consultancy that provides services to agricultural and industrial clients. Our goal is to continue our reputation of exceeding our client’s expectations by providing prompt, affordable, high-quality consultation services. Since our launch in 2015, we have endeavored to harmonize the expectations of our clients with the real-world implications of project management. By continually working to cultivate a client-focused, project-specific perspective, we are able to deliver quality consultation in a timely manner. We recognize that each of us spend a great portion of our waking hours performing our work; it is therefore integral that how we work aligns with who we are.
Parker Design Alliance operates as a Worker Self Directed Enterprise (WSDE). As all our owners are also workers, they determine how the work is performed, along with how the proceeds will be distributed. We’ve found that this type of democracy in the workplace leads to both a fuller, more complete engagement with the project and a greater sense of responsibility.
